Product Introduction:
SSBR is a Copolymer polymerized by Butadiene and Styrene in Hydrocarbon solvents with Lithium. It has a lot of obvious advantages such as Wear resistance,Cold resistance, Low heat, Good elasticity, Low shrinkage, light color, Low ash content, High purity and Fast vulcanization. With the development of radial tires, especially the development of new energy-saving radial tires, it put forward high requirements to the rubber produced for tires, not only requires for high strength of raw-rubber and good performance of anti-wet,but also requires for the low rolling resistance.SSBR has all of these good performances in rolling efficiency, Skid resistance and wear-resistance, are widely in producing of green tire,anti-skid tire,Ultra-lightweight tire and other tires with high-performance demanding , SSBR is one of the most ideal raw material for radial tires , which offers with both energy-saving and safety performance.

Basic features of SSBR2305 & SSBR2635
¡ÌGood appearance, odorless, (non-oil-Extended) high purity, ash content¡Ü0.1% which is much lower than that of SBR 5%~8%.
¡ÌNon-Stained antioxidant.
¡ÌComplex performance of SSBR is between ESBR and BR, Low rolling resistance, Energy-saving, Slide resistance, Wear resistance, Low heat, help to extent tyres' life span, especially suitable for the green-tires and high-performance tires.
¡ÌLow energy consumption in mixing, high strength of mix rubber,stiffness of rubber,high tensile strength of vulcanized rubber,good tear resistance&durability.
¡ÌMix rubber has little shrinkage,good size stability and excellent manufacture performance.
